Job Logic - Mobile App Not Working

How to resolve
Please try to delete the Cached data on the mobile device, to do this on Android Devices, please follow the steps below:
- Close the Job Logic app completely.
- Kill the app from the background - Help Video
- Clear the app cache.
- Launch Settings menu on your phone.
- Scroll down and select “Apps.”
- Select the app whose cache you want to clear.
- On the app page, tap “Storage.”
- In the “Storage” screen’s bottom-right corner, tap “Clear Cache” to remove your selected app’s cache files.
- Open the app again.
- In the App - Tap on Menu > Status > Sync > Fetch Latest Library Data > Update > Refresh.
