This article guides you through accessing and managing your print queue within the Ricoh Smart Integration (RSI) portal, a key tool for controlling your print jobs at Cobalt Housing. By understanding and utilizing the print queue, you can monitor your print tasks, remove unwanted jobs, and even upload files directly for printing.
Understanding the Print Queue:
The print queue is a temporary storage area for documents sent to our network printers. It provides real-time information about each print job, including its status (e.g., ready to print, waiting), and allows you to manage your print tasks efficiently.
Accessing Your Print Queue:

Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Navigate to the RSI Portal: Access the Ricoh Smart Integration portal directly by clicking here.

Log In: Enter your Cobalt Housing credentials (username and password) to log in.
Viewing Your Print Jobs:
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the print queue interface. Here, you will find a list of your submitted print jobs:

This page displays the following information:

Job Name: The filename of the document you are printing.

Storage Date: The date and time the document was submitted to the print queue.

Number of Pages: The total page count of the document.

Job Size: The file size of the document.

Status: The current status of the print job (e.g., "Ready," "Active").
Managing Your Print Jobs:
The RSI portal provides you with the following tools to manage your print jobs:

Deleting a Job:
- Select the job you wish to remove.
- Click the "Delete" button (or similar).
- Confirm the deletion.
- The selected document will be permanently removed from the print queue.

Uploading a File for Printing:
- Find and click the "Add a file" or "Upload" button.
- Select the file you wish to upload from your computer.
- The file will be uploaded directly into your print queue, ready for printing.
Important Considerations:
- Ensure you are logged in with your correct Cobalt Housing credentials.
- Always be mindful of sensitive information contained within print jobs, but be assured that print jobs won't print until released at the device.
