Linking your identity to Ricoh Smart Integration service

Submit Your First Print Job

When you submit your first print job to Ricoh Smart Integration, you will need to link your Cobalt identity to the service. This ensures that your print jobs are securely processed and associated with your account.

Follow the Prompts

1. Initiate the Print Job: Start by sending a print job from your device to the Ricoh printer. Print the document and select "RSI Cloud Printer" from the list of available devices.

2. Identity Linking Prompt: You will see a prompt asking you to link your identity:

This is a one-time setup process that will appear the first time you send a print job to the RSI Cloud Printer.

3. Log In with Your Credentials: If you're not already signed into your Microsoft365 account, you will be prompted to sign into your account.
